Charges begin at $35.00 for the first 10 minutes and $15.00 for each additional 10 minutes thereafter, billed from the start of the phone connection with our tech support. Terms and conditions apply; please request a copy for details. While we strive to resolve issues remotely, onsite service may still be necessary.
